1. To find out when your order is arriving, simply click on the track order link located on the footer page. Enter your order ID or AWB number to view your order status. it’s that easy!
   
2. After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS (yes, we like making sure you’re updated every step of the way).
   
3. In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.

At Aibex, free delivery is only available for prepaid orders. You will receive a Rs. 70 discount for prepayment.

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel the order:

• Go to manage your order: Orders
• Cancel the desired order.

If you don’t have an account, simply continue as a ‘New User’ and create one.
